You won’t be making cold calls - but you will spend the majority of your day talking to our customers over the phone. You will fully understand and appreciate the importance of our customer's happiness and are willing to get innovative to ensure the customer has the best experience possible.
- Will be licensed to WOW! Lendly customers
- Love making people happy and want to help everyone feel great
- Offer additional products and services that help our customers reach their goals
- Deliver value to the company through customer conversion, retention and cross sell
- Must be able to remain focused in a fast paced environment, speaking to as many as 40 customers per day while taking inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Value self-awareness, intellectual honesty, judgment, empathy and positive energy - often over career experience
- Work hard because we love what we’re doing, but also believe in balance
