1,000 followers on LinkedIn and why it matters
We want the world to know about our goal to provide employees with a path to better financial health through novated leasing. Our growing audience allows us to achieve that.
Our Lendly company page on LinkedIn, has just reached 1,000 followers. It’s a milestone we’re really proud of.
As a company, we actively seek to engage with our professional social network. We want to publish content that’s meaningful to them, share company updates and thought leadership.
We decided early on that we would write our own content. Why? Our voice is far too valuable to outsource. If you want to churn out three pieces of content every day – contract it out. If you want to engage with your audience, you better have something interesting and valuable to say otherwise who’s going to listen?
Early on, we were so careful to edit every word and phrase, we wanted to sound like one of those big companies, but it didn’t feel right. So instead, we committed to a writing style that matched the way we spoke, and it seemed to resonate with our audience.
Now that we’ve reached 1,000 followers, we can get the word out and share more updates about how Lendly is helping employers improve the financial wellbeing of their employees.
